About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Regional Director as part of the support staff.
- Manage the Director's agenda, including organizing meetings and handling calls.
- Review and process various documents as requested by the Regional Director.
- Perform database reviews, information analysis, and data cross-referencing.
- Prepare presentations and organize information using Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field (graduated or near completion).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
