About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's professional agenda, including meeting requests, appointment coordination, and effective management of meeting rooms and events.
- Oversee department supplies, consumables, and services, including inventory management, handling returns, and ensuring equipment is replaced to maintain operational continuity.
- Support team members traveling to different work sites by managing authorized travel expense deposits and coordinating hotel reservations.
- Monitor and review travel-related expenses generated by team members.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with file control and document management.
- Experience managing professional calendars and schedules.
- Experience operating switchboard systems (Conmutador).
