Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-volume scheduling for the CEO and CTO with a strategic point of view on their priorities.
• Design and maintain intake processes, communication rhythms, and workflows to create executive leverage.
• Draft, triage, and coordinate communications on behalf of leadership, synthesizing inbound information into clear actions.
• Track open commitments and surface potential blockers to ensure executives are prepared for upcoming engagements.
• Plan and execute complex travel, meetings, team gatherings, and offsites with high attention to detail.
• Act as a calm, trusted point of contact for internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of executive support experience, ideally within a high-growth environment.
• Mastery of upward management, with the ability to keep leaders organized, informed, and accountable.
• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to adopt an executive's voice.
• Strong systems thinking and a bias for creating processes that improve operational efficiency.
• Sharp prioritization instincts and the ability to manage high levels of context independently.
• Proficiency and excitement regarding the use of AI tools to create workflow leverage.
• High level of discretion, composure, and professional presence.
