Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main resource and key liaison for the CFO
• Manage complex, rapidly shifting calendars and optimize executive time
• Monitor ongoing projects and follow up with direct reports on deadlines
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
• Process executive expense reports and invoices
• Draft and manage high-level communications including emails and memos
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and presentations
• Liaise with cross-functional departments to expedite requests and troubleshoot problems

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of dedicated executive support experience
• Experience supporting C-Suite executives in fashion retail, entertainment, or digital sectors
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Proven track record of handling highly confidential information
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
