About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Directors
- Manage complex calendar appointments, detailed travel plans, schedules, and agendas
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, expenses, and leave verification
- Coordinate office activities including meeting room bookings, refreshments, and equipment setup
- Process financial tasks such as raising invoices, credit notes, and managing accounts
- Maintain departmental files, mailing lists, and administrative documentation
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department in all administrative matters
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a related administrative field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in professional administrative support or an equivalent role
