About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and manage a shifting executive calendar
  • Prepare meeting agendas, compile reports, and furnish background information for briefings and external engagements
  • Draft clear correspondence, memos, and emails on behalf of the CEO
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO Operations team to advance strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives
  • Track and drive follow-up on business development priorities and relationship touchpoints
  • Attend internal meetings to capture decisions and produce follow-up action plans
  • Prepare and track expense reports with high accuracy

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of executive administrative experience in a fast-paced professional services or client-services environment
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information for senior audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work onsite in the New York office
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when interacting with high-level business, media, and government contacts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with or a genuine interest in global politics and international relations
  • Experience with CRM or project management platforms
