About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Executive Director and leadership teams of the Epworth Medical Foundation
- Manage complex diaries and monitor schedules to ensure effective use of executive time
- Act as Secretariat for meetings and committees, including preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking action items
- Manage incoming correspondence and respond to queries on behalf of the Executive where appropriate
- Coordinate travel, catering, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare presentations, reports, and Board papers
- Assist in the management and delivery of small to medium projects
- Act as a first-line resource for internal and external customers
Requirements
- Degree in business or a related field
- High-level experience as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive
- Experience working within large, multi-dimensional organisations
- Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively
