Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to company executives and leadership teams.
• Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, facilitating decision-making and professional communication.
• Plan and lead large-scale operations and marketing meetings, including Field Operations All-Hands and Franchisee Meetings.
• Act as the lead planner for the brand’s Annual Conference, managing vendors, logistics, and special event elements.
• Maintain executive offices and prepare physical meeting materials, presentations, and briefing packets.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion and professionalism.
• Manage the El Pollo Loco Brand Calendar and field hierarchy alignment documents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of administrative experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in standard office and collaboration technology.
• Ability to work weekends and extended schedules as needed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site at least four days per week.
