About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP of Drama Development
  • Manage executive schedules, screen and route phone calls, and process expense reports
  • Coordinate business travel logistics, including itineraries and meeting coordination
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events
  • Create PowerPoint and Keynote presentations as needed
  • Maintain databases, contact lists for writers and producers, and manage reports
  • Prepare general creative feedback, notes, and synopses for slate projects
  • Interface professionally with internal departments and external organizations
  • Support special projects, promotions, and administrative team coverage

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative experience on a high-volume entertainment desk (studio, network, production company, or agency)
  • Strong understanding of the television programming process
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high integrity
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a high-volume entertainment environment
