About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain comprehensive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, interviews, and events
- Manage scheduling, office management tasks, and day-to-day operations of the Strategic Initiatives Office
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, briefing materials, talking points, and presentations
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Address high-volume and sensitive priorities and escalate matters to senior management when necessary
- Assist in managing internal and external priorities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities; OR
- High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least one year of experience in community-centered activities
