About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions including agenda setting and time management
- Track, document, and follow up on action items
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Act as the first point of contact for the supported manager
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics using federal travel systems
- Prepare agendas and briefing materials for leadership
- Provide expense report support and reconciliation assistance
- Manage incoming calls, visitors, and general administrative workflows
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and documentation standards
- Draft memoranda, reports, and official documents
- Perform quality control reviews of incoming documents and correspondence
- Coordinate with other administrative staff and PMO personnel
- Support training coordination and special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of five years of experience in executive administrative or PMO support roles
