Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and the Chief Technology & AI Officer
• Proactively manage complex executive calendars with a focus on accuracy and time allocation
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including managing passport and visa requirements
• Run meetings, record minutes, and conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure project momentum
• Collaborate with senior executives and staff to coordinate critical and confidential activities
• Manage expenses and act as a strategic partner to the executives and their respective organizations
• Work closely with the EA team to provide backup support and contribute to group goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience assisting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Extensive experience in domestic and international travel coordination
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to work independently and navigate highly ambiguous environments
