About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Global Transformation Officer and the Global Head of Transformation Enablement
- Manage complex, frequently changing calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense processing, and meeting logistics
- Prepare agendas, organize materials, and capture action items for leadership forums
- Draft, edit, and proofread emails, presentations, and other executive communications
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across various global regions and functions
- Assist with the coordination of transformation-related activities, including planning sessions and status updates
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and streamline workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a global or matrixed organization
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (minimum four days per week in the office)
- Flexibility to communicate across international time zones outside of standard business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting transformation, strategy, or change leadership teams
- Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with project coordination or operational support in a corporate environment
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of initiative
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000
