About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless administrative and business support to Partner-level staff
  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize Partners' time
  • Proactively identify and solve scheduling and travel challenges
  • Coordinate travel bookings and process expenses
  • Act as a project manager for client teams, coordinating assignments and projects
  • Proof documents and edit presentations for meetings
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with U.S. and international teams
  • Provide support and coverage to the Office Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum seven years of administrative or operations experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Ability to manage schedules across domestic and international time zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with travel, expense management, and video conferencing tools
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working in a global corporate or firm setting
  • Knowledge of the communications or consulting industry
