Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for C-level leaders, prioritizing commitments and resolving high-priority issues with discretion.
• Take ownership of executive presentations and reports, ensuring they are polished and visually compelling.
• Attend leadership meetings, take detailed minutes, and proactively track follow-up action items across the organization.
• Manage and coordinate complex calendars and inter-executive scheduling.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive business, financial, and personal information.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and workflow streamlining.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roles requiring action item tracking and project coordination (e.g., Operations, Project Management, or HR).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and visual platforms such as Canva or Figma.
• Strong fluency with contemporary AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance efficiency and research.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when interacting with C-level executives.
• Ability to think independently, operate autonomously, and travel as needed.
