About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to up to five Audit & Assurance Partners, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage client and stakeholder communications, including screening calls and coordinating requests across internal teams.
  • Oversee client administration processes such as CRM maintenance, engagement letters, and client onboarding support.
  • Provide financial and operational support, including managing weekly timesheets, monthly billing, invoicing, and partner expenses.
  • Maintain high-quality records management and document archiving in compliance with firm requirements.
  • Manage partner inboxes by triaging emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Support team coordination activities, including events, recognition programs, and business development/tender activities.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Advanced IT skills, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • High level of organization with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a Professional Services firm.
