About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to multiple Partners and the Risk Advisory team
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and proactive planning
  • Handle financial administration, including managing WIP, debtors, accounts for payment, and monthly billing/invoicing
  • Assist with meeting preparation by creating agendas, briefing notes, and tracking action items
  • Provide high-quality document formatting and proofing for client-facing presentations and slide packs
  • Manage team compliance requirements, including client onboarding, conflict checks, and ASIC searches
  • Coordinate team initiatives, travel arrangements, and internal functions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on tenders, CRM maintenance, and client events

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience supporting multiple senior leaders or Partners in a professional corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with at least an intermediate level of Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to handle competing urgent requests and last-minute changes with composure
  • Strong customer service skills and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility to provide consistent in-office support in Sydney
