About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Direction by managing, coordinating, and planning administrative and operational support activities.
- Develop and prepare executive reports, presentations, notes, and professional documents.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and ceremonies for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track projects and activities across various teams, including the creation of weekly and monthly schedules.
- Manage phone communications and schedule virtual or in-person meetings with clients and internal staff.
- Oversee the area's budget, manage vendor payments, and coordinate travel arrangements and expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Hospitality.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, and communication.
- Proven experience in travel coordination and event management.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and digital calendars.
- Intermediate English language skills (B2 level).
