About the role
Responsibilities
- Support General Management in administrative activities and maintain information flow between different areas.
- Manage travel expenses, including invoice tracking and travel cost monitoring.
- Control agendas, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings.
- Administer and consolidate reports.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on agreements.
- Handle various administrative processes.
- Create executive presentations.
- Develop indicators and monitor project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Computer Systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in an assistant role.
- Previous experience in the banking sector, finance, or accounting firms.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically:
- Excel: databases, cross-referencing, and pivot tables.
- PowerPoint: design and creation of executive presentations.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Occasional availability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
