About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and supply inventory
- Manage expense submissions, travel arrangements, and executive calendars
- Develop client resources, coordinate gift procurement, and provide concierge-level assistance
- Support brand and sponsorship outreach efforts and maintain coaching and executive profiles
- Draft and maintain public document requests and conduct research to support recruitment efforts
- Monitor NFL and NCAA performance metrics and industry hiring trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
