About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage President's calendar and travel arrangements
  • Manage President's travel receipts and reimbursements
  • Support President's meetings by preparing and distributing documents and agendas
  • Schedule and organize group meetings with external stakeholders
  • Take meeting minutes and file documentation
  • Draft or edit correspondence
  • Manage logistics and catering for meetings and events
  • Enter contacts and information into CRM (Raiser's Edge)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support role
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing complex business itineraries
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in nonprofit or higher education sectors
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or public-facing roles
  • Interest in American history
