About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage President's calendar and travel arrangements
- Manage President's travel receipts and reimbursements
- Support President's meetings by preparing and distributing documents and agendas
- Schedule and organize group meetings with external stakeholders
- Take meeting minutes and file documentation
- Draft or edit correspondence
- Manage logistics and catering for meetings and events
- Enter contacts and information into CRM (Raiser's Edge)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an executive support role
- High school diploma or higher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing complex business itineraries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit or higher education sectors
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or public-facing roles
- Interest in American history
