About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistance to the Vice President, including email inbox management and drafting responses
- Manage complex calendars for client meetings, vendor appointments, and showroom events
- Oversee vendor project management, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage day-to-day office operations across showroom locations
- Track action items, deadlines, and project milestones
- Greet clients to create a professional environment
- Assist with social media updates across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Manage online CRM systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage online CRM
- Tech-savvy with experience using various office equipment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
