About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive assistance to the Vice President, including email inbox management and drafting responses
  • Manage complex calendars for client meetings, vendor appointments, and showroom events
  • Oversee vendor project management, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day office operations across showroom locations
  • Track action items, deadlines, and project milestones
  • Greet clients to create a professional environment
  • Assist with social media updates across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Manage online CRM systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage online CRM
  • Tech-savvy with experience using various office equipment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
