Responsibilities
- Design and manage a dynamic, complex schedule reflecting the CEO's highest priorities
- Lead end-to-end travel planning and execution, including international logistics and documentation
- Manage high-volume communications with discernment and efficiency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Office of the CEO
- Prepare and track expense reports and manage CEO timesheets
- Coordinate with Talent, Legal, and Finance on contracts and approvals
- Provide operational support including research, writing, and presentation design
Requirements
- Minimum of 11 years of experience supporting senior executives in high-demand environments
- Mastery of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Zoom
- Proven ability to operate with total discretion and handle sensitive information
- Strong project management and relationship management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate ambiguity
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States
