About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements for multiple Directors
- Coordinate and plan both domestic and international travel
- Complete expense reports, purchase orders, and manage corporate card purchases
- Participate in budget planning and tracking as needed
- Track and drive the completion of key deliverables and follow up on overdue items
- Plan and coordinate team activities and events
Requirements
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support (or 1+ years of Amazon experience)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Ability to work onsite five days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple complex calendars simultaneously
