Executive and Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of the ERP system, including aging reports and workflow development
• Assist logistics and business development in implementing workflows, tracking RFQs, and preparing expansion plans
• Manage cost control processes, including monthly cost report analysis and budget variance reporting
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and transaction monitoring
• Manage cash flow forecasting, petty cash reconciliation, and banking relationships
• Develop financial trends, projections, and KPIs to support senior executive decision-making
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and compliance with local regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of the construction industry
