About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary on-campus point of contact for visiting scholars and students
  • Assist with needs assessment information collection and reporting for group programs
  • Support application processing and applicant communications for the Spanish Community Interpreting Certificate program
  • Assist with providing workshops and programming related to intercultural communication
  • Assist with event coordination for orientation and program closing events
  • Assist with final evaluations, grade reporting, and certificate preparation
  • Support general administrative tasks for the ECP Senior Director

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, higher education administration, or program coordination preferred
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for in-person work at the Monterey campus in early August
  • Availability for remote onboarding and training beginning in early July
