Executive Air Cargo Product Management

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound air shipments, including customer service and documentation
• Input shipment data accurately into the internal system
• Follow up on transportation processes and resolve any logistical issues or information discrepancies
• Issue shipping documents and provide them to customers and overseas agents
• Set up timely delivery processes to meet specific customer requirements
• Issue debit and credit notes for customers and overseas agents in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with Customs and other relevant government agencies
• Report irregularities or problems immediately to the line manager and follow up on solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, airlines, and co-loaders

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in forwarding or logistics
• Bachelor's or College degree
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline
