Executive - Affiliate Sales

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard quality affiliates across focused verticals to expand the network
• Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates to ensure engagement, retention, and consistent performance
• Drive affiliates toward achieving monthly revenue, traffic, and lead generation targets aligned with business KPIs
• Monitor affiliate performance and ensure quality of leads/traffic while collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaigns
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable market intelligence and regular performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
• Proven track record in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPI models
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, publishers, and various traffic sources
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills to engage new affiliates
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward specific targets and revenue goals
• Analytical thinking skills to assess performance and maximize ROI
