Executive Advisor/Executive Planner

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CDIO and senior leadership to provide data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex business, technology, and financial inputs into clear, actionable guidance for executive decision-making.
• Support the development of enterprise strategic frameworks such as OGSM and OKRs.
• Coordinate and govern the enterprise portfolio of digital, data, and AI initiatives, driving transition from pilot to scaled adoption.
• Support the establishment of AI governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with Responsible AI principles.
• Develop compelling executive materials and narratives to support governance forums and transformation reviews.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to act as a "market lens" for leadership.
• Identify and promote AI-augmented ways of working to enhance organizational productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in strategic planning, business intelligence, or business analytics.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business intelligence, or business analytics.
• Alternatively, 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or lead experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive-level decision-making and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment in large, complex organizations.
• Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks (OGSM, OKRs) and enterprise portfolio management.
• Background in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
