Executive - Advertiser Sales (Global)

Responsibilities

• Acquire new global advertiser campaigns on competitive industry terms and payouts across Performance, Video, and Display models
• Develop and manage exclusive campaign deals for vCommission
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and direct brands
• Manage different pricing models including CPS, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPV, and CPI
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging campaign opportunities
• Coordinate campaign onboarding, delivery tracking, billing closure, and payment follow-ups
• Collaborate with the Client Servicing team for campaign feedback, optimization, and client retention
• Monitor media budgets and provide periodic campaign analysis and performance recommendations

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of CPS, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPV, and CPI models
• Knowledge of Lead Generation and CPS campaigns
• Familiarity with tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, or similar tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills
