Executive - Advertiser Growth

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertiser campaigns daily to ensure performance targets are met
• Monitor campaign KPIs including conversions, ROI, and EPC to identify optimization opportunities
• Provide daily and weekly performance reports and proactively highlight critical issues
• Collaborate with internal Affiliate, Tech, and Network Ops teams for smooth execution
• Maintain campaign hygiene, including tracking links, creatives, and offer updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers through regular communication
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to scale revenue
• Assist in upgrading advertisers from starter to high-performing accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM tools for all campaign activities

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the Affiliate Industry or Performance Marketing
• Strong experience in campaign management and client relationship management
• Proven analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Cake, or Trackier
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
