Executive - Advertiser Growth

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end advertiser communications and build strong long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers, managing expectations and feedback.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly account reporting, analyzing campaign performance and revenue trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and strategize account expansion through cross-selling relevant offer variants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking implementation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor conversion reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Support monthly reconciliations, billing closures, and payment collections in coordination with the Finance team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Account Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-based decisions.
