About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Licensed Division
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for sales analysis, forecasting, inventory tracking, pricing, and reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize product samples, shipments, trade show materials, and customer requests
- Maintain accurate records, digital files, and documentation
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support across multiple departments
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Take on special projects and provide support wherever needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative, office management, or project coordination experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Self-motivated and dependable
