Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, Senior Director, and other leadership members within the Product Delivery Center
• Manage complex calendars, ensuring all meetings include detailed agendas and appropriate logistical arrangements
• Screen and field incoming inquiries, managing communications with a high degree of confidentiality and efficiency
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process timely expense reports
• Manage electronic distribution lists, organizational charts, and executive email communications
• Process and track invoices and manage departmental supplies
• Partner with the Events manager to coordinate customer, partner, and supplier visits
• Create and format professional documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of executive administrative support experience OR an Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Proven experience interacting with all levels of an organization
• U.S. citizenship is required
