About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President for Mission Integration and the Ignatian Spirituality team
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules, anticipating potential conflicts
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences, including facility securing and catering
  • Assist with Board of Trustees meeting preparations, including agenda development and document posting
  • Perform budgetary duties such as coding invoices, processing payments, and monitoring monthly budget reports
  • Maintain accurate electronic files, records, and web content for the Mission Integration department
  • Handle general clerical duties including screening calls, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five years of related professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Outlook)
  • Proven experience in budget management and account oversight
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with diverse faculty, staff, and external constituents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a higher education environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft BI, Workday, Brightspace, or T4 web content management
  • Knowledge of or inclination toward Jesuit, Catholic mission and identity
