About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date calendars and proactively manage scheduling conflicts and priorities
- Coordinate high volumes of domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries
- Plan and execute onsite and offsite events, including meetings, roadshows, catering, and transportation
- Process T&E expenses for team members, ensuring adherence to company policy
- Screen incoming calls and exercise discretion when sharing sensitive information
- Draft high-quality emails and communications to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Support ad hoc projects, including editing spreadsheets and preparing presentation materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience, including supporting Managing Directors
- Advanced calendar management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Co-Pilot, LLM Suite, and AI technology tools
- Knowledge of expense and invoice processing
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work onsite five days a week (Mon-Fri) in San Francisco
