About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management and meeting scheduling.
  • Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Manage confidential executive communications, internal memos, and stakeholder correspondence.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, and global cross-functional workshops.
  • Maintain and organize sensitive documents, including regulatory filings and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports and assist with department budget tracking.
  • Interface with various departments including HR, R&D, Legal, EHS, and Supply Chain to support executive initiatives.
  • Process purchase requisitions and assist with the maintenance and operations of the Troy office.
  • Support confidential special projects, including M&A and joint venture activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • High School Diploma required (Associate or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred).
  • Proven experience booking international travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate executive needs and think critically.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a global or publicly traded company.
  • Background in the manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as OSHA, EPA, REACH, or TSCA.
  • Experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.
