About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars for assigned Executives and Senior Directors
- Prepare and proof correspondence, reports, and other written materials
- Prepare detailed presentation materials and coordinate input from various departments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and other personnel
- Schedule in-house and outside meetings, including luncheon meetings
- Produce expense reports and process invoices for payment
- Assist with special projects, reports, and departmental activities
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous administrative experience within a Financial Services institution
