About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the Division leader
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and handle written correspondence
- Prepare reports, data analysis, and PowerPoint presentations for the department
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure all necessary materials are ready
- Manage travel arrangements and complete expense reports for the Line Manager
- Maintain department filing systems, archiving, and adherence to Record Policy
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain park duty schedules
- Handle guest concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Maintain relationships with other Park Department heads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end contract cycles and archiving processes
