Execution Services COO – Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Execution Services Business, including products, trading flows, financials, and personnel
• Contribute to the execution of key business change initiatives and risk remediation activities
• Manage day-to-day "run the bank" activities for the Execution Services Business
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to strengthen the overall operational resiliency of the trading platform
• Coordinate with supporting functions such as Operations, Compliance, and Finance
• Complete ad-hoc projects and deep-dive analyses as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Global Markets-related role (e.g., Trading, COO, C&ORC, or IT)
• Strong knowledge of equity markets with a focus on trading systems and F2B trade flows
• Proven ability to prioritize and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, risks, and solutions to various levels of management
• Ability to network and influence across the front-to-back organization to deliver strategic objectives
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to work independently with sound judgment
