Exchange Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless, secure, and high-performance functioning of the digital asset exchange for institutional clients.
• Support trading algorithms and execution by engineering low-latency paths and scaling infrastructure for high transaction volumes.
• Act as a critical bridge between sales teams, institutional clients, and the technology organization to support new product integrations.
• Drive strategic optimization by leading projects to automate workflows, enhance client processes, and improve platform efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards that correlate technical metrics with business KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to uphold market integrity and navigate the digital asset regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years in trading operations or trade support within digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading.
• Deep understanding of market structure and the full order lifecycle.
• Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting complex electronic trading systems in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix command-line environments and Bash scripting for log analysis and workflow automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure.
• Professional experience in FX, equities, or derivatives markets.
• Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody solutions, KYC/AML, and cybersecurity best practices.
