About the Company

Flock provides retiring landlords with a cost-efficient and seamless exit through a tech-enabled 721 Exchange. Owners contribute properties into a professionally managed Fund in exchange for passive equity ownership, allowing for continued cashflows and liquidity without triggering capital gains.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of landlord prospects from initial conversation through signed agreement
• Develop deep expertise in the 721 Exchange and Flock's Fund model
• Guide prospects through a multi-stage sales process including discovery, valuation, and due diligence
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in Salesforce
• Act as a credible advisor alongside clients' CPAs, financial advisors, and attorneys

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional work experience
• 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
• Background in finance, real estate, or sales of complex, high-consideration products
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• High level of integrity and customer EQ
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
