Exchange Application Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Define suitable system solutions and provide application support and maintenance for exchange services.
• Implement changes by estimating development requirements and collaborating with Product teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper solution implementation across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Resolve medium-complexity functional problems and perform system testing for fixes.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and support clients with application function queries.
• Maintain up-to-date technical specifications and solution documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.
• Functional knowledge of HR technologies such as SAP HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in SQL, XSLT, Java, JavaScript, and Web Services (WSDL, REST).
• Experience with WebMethods 9.2 ESB, MongoDB, and Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI/PI.
• Experience with data migration processes.
