Exchange Application Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Define suitable system solutions and provide support for system-related issues during the maintenance phase
• Implement changes by estimating development requirements and collaborating with Product teams on new functionalities
• Ensure proper solution implementation across Development, Test, and Production environments
• Resolve medium complexity problems related to the application's functional environment
• Perform system testing, unit testing, and routine preventive maintenance checks
• Support clients with queries regarding application functions and maintain up-to-date technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing
• Functional knowledge of HR technologies such as SAP HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors
• Experience with data migration processes
• Proficiency in WebMethods (ESB), SQL, and XSLT
• Experience with Java, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Web Services (WSDL, REST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI/PI
