Responsibilities

• Provide basic and treatment nursing care for clients in their residential communities
• Ensure high quality of care through diligent documentation of all activities
• Implement and maintain strict hygiene measures in daily work routines
• Maintain respectful and dignified interactions with clients and their relatives
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional exchanges

Requirements

• Completed 3-year vocational training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachkraft)
• Empathy and a respectful, appreciative approach to patient care
• Ideally, previous experience in outpatient intensive care
• A strong passion for the nursing profession
