Responsibilities

• Provide holistic basic and treatment care for children in residential communities
• Ensure high-quality care through conscientious documentation of all activities
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene standards and protocols
• Act as an empathetic point of contact for children and their parents/relatives
• Participate actively in professional exchanges during regular team meetings

Requirements

• Completed 3-year vocational training as a registered nurse (Pflegefachkraft)
• Strong empathy and a sensitive approach to working with children and families
• Experience in outpatient intensive care is preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
