Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders and senior leadership on high-priority company initiatives
• Shape product strategy, technical direction, growth initiatives, or operational execution based on individual strengths
• Take ownership of critical projects that directly influence company growth and product success
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, go-to-market, and leadership functions
• Identify opportunities, solve ambiguous problems, and drive execution from idea to outcome
• Contribute to the development of AI-native products used by rapidly growing teams and organizations
• Bring a founder mindset to decision-making, prioritization, and company building

Requirements

• Previous founder or co-founder experience, ideally within a venture-backed startup environment
• Strong track record of building products, teams, systems, or businesses from the ground up
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and execution
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across functions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and the future of intelligent software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in accelerator programs such as Y Combinator
• Background in software engineering, product management, growth, operations, or go-to-market leadership
• Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, SaaS platforms, or collaboration software
• Track record of scaling teams, products, or businesses through periods of rapid growth
