EX Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and configure employee surveys in the Perceptyx platform, including setup of items, benchmarks, and trend structures
• Export, clean, and structure quantitative data in Excel to create charts, tables, and visuals
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint outputs by drafting slide content and visuals that support consultant-led storylines
• Organize and summarize qualitative verbatim feedback to identify key themes and provide context to findings
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks across survey configurations and reporting outputs to ensure 100% accuracy
• Prepare inputs and visuals that connect employee experience insights to business metrics like engagement and retention
• Manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and maintain organized project files

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a research or data-related role is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (cleaning data and creating charts)
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (creating executive-ready visuals)
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and obsession with accuracy
• Undergraduate degree preferred
