EWH Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform egg white harvest activities according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Execute Master Batch Records (MBRs) in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Conduct aseptic manipulations within a laminar flow room
• Manage equipment operation, environmental monitoring, and process sampling
• Maintain inventory control and oversee the shipping and receiving of EWH materials
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, and general housekeeping of the manufacturing area
• Maintain EWH and EM databases and provide first drafts of Deviations, OOS, or CAPAs
• Lead the team in the absence of a Supervisor or Lead and provide hands-on training for new technicians
• Adhere to all individual and team safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma plus 2 years of experience in a cleanroom or GMP environment, OR a BS, AS, or Certificate plus 1 year of experience in a cleanroom or GMP environment
• Proven experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to withstand -20C temperature exposure using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control methods and electronic inventory systems
