EVP Head of Service Delivery, Alpha Platform & Software

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client delivery across Alpha, CRD, operations, and technology delivery functions
• Drive large-scale transformation, change management, and operating model redesign initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Partner with Global Delivery, Operations, Technology, Product, and Relationship Management teams to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee front-to-back operational readiness, governance, risk management, and service delivery excellence
• Act as a senior escalation point for strategic clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the operating model
• Build strong executive relationships with clients as a trusted partner on strategic delivery priorities
• Lead and develop high-performing global teams across delivery, operations, and transformation functions

Requirements

• Deep experience in investment operations and client delivery within financial services
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives
• Strong knowledge of CRD and Alpha platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of front-to-back operating models
• Experience with global delivery frameworks
• Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills
